Free Data transfers
A free data transfer is limited too: Documents, Photos, Movies, Music, Emails, Contacts and Bookmarks between Like-For-Like computers. All other data/software will incur a labour charge.

Refund & Returns Policy
Pre-Payment in full applies to all specially ordered goods.
Property in goods passes to the buyer only at the time of receipt of full payment of the goods and only at such time as any cheque(s) accepted as payment are cleared.
Returns must be accompanied by original sales receipt (Invoice) – No Exceptions!
Terms strictly 30 days net.
NO RETURNS after 30 days.
10% surcharge on all returns.
NO RETURNS on backorders or special orders.
Goods returned must be in unmarked original packaging.
Please Choose carefully as we will not exchange or refund goods because you change your mind.
Dead on Arrival Policy is 14 Days – within this period faulty goods will be instantly exchanged where possible, after this period expires goods will be sent to manufacturer for warranty.

Delivery Policy
Goods will be dispatched within 3 working days from receipt of order and you should expect to receive your order within 10 working days.

All payments made using our credit card facilities support Secured Sockets Layer based transactions (SSL) from a browser to a level of at least 128 bits.
