Concept IT Systems is your local Apple Service Centre to repair all of your devices.

Our labour rate of $143 per hour will cover most jobs, and we will make sure your computer is running in peak operating condition. And if your device is deemed to have a hardware fault covered under warranty there will be no labour charge.

At Concept IT, if you are not entirely happy with your computer service we will not be satisfied until you are, no extra charges for repeat repairs (within reason) and any diagnostic fees can be used as credit towards a new computer you buy from us! (Diagnostic fee can be used as a credit towards a new computer within one month of service completion)
